1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 63 php1 platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 63 php1 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 63 php1 ("we", "us", "the Company").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of 63 php1 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a 63 php1 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations under PAGCOR;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 63 php1, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 63 php1 or any affiliated platform.

63 php1 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and any funds returned, less any winnings derived from wagers placed during the period of underage use.

3 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 63 php1 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 63 php1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify 63 php1 support immediately via live chat.

Know Your Customer (KYC): Before processing any withdrawal, 63 php1 may require you to complete identity verification by submitting a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, or UMID card) and proof of address. This is a regulatory requirement and is non-negotiable.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All account balances and transactions on 63 php1 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱200.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
• Deposits are credited to your 63 php1 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• 63 php1 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• 63 php1 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• 63 php1 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

63 php1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are stated on the relevant promotion page. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before opting in.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• 63 php1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated tools, or placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 63 php1 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules.

63 php1 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in regulated studio environments.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within the game information panel. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 63 php1 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a system error, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account balance. 63 php1's decision in such matters is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 63 php1 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a false identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live dealer games;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your account on your behalf;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the integrity of the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the 63 php1 Platform or its software.

8 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any 63 php1 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without express written authorisation;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of 63 php1 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 63 php1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its features;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game;
• Any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any technical malfunction, server failure, or connectivity issue beyond our reasonable control;
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 63 php1 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

63 php1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so;
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account balances are subject to a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 after the 12-month period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 63 php1 support via live chat. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12 Amendments to These Terms

63 php1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 63 php1 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting 63 php1 support. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
